CDC HVAC Inc is WSIB-registered and compliant company that carries a $5- million liability insurance policy. We recognize the need to comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and construction regulations and acknowledge an employee’s right to work in a safe environment. CDC incorporates best practices in the health safety of our workers, who are regularly trained in the use of protective equipment, materials and procedures. Supervision and enforcement of compliance procedures ensure a safe and healthy work environment for people and premises.
The managers at CDC Inc. are committed to providing a healthy and safe environment by eliminating hazards that could put employees at risk of personal injuries or accidents. Safety is the direct responsibility of all managers, supervisors, employees and contractors.
Health and Safety in the workplace evolves based on business activities, industry trends and other factors. CDC HVAC Inc. has established a Joint Health and Safety Committee whose responsibility is to inspect the workplace and make recommendations on how to improve health and safety for the workplace. This Committee functions to maintain the ongoing continuous improvement of health and safety at CDC Inc and is fully supported by management.
